Luke's Own System

Three wealth engines. One portfolio.

Most people either leave their money sitting scared in cash, or gamble it chasing whatever is hot. The Three Engine System is the third way: a core you buy and never sell, an income engine that gets you paid for offering to buy quality at sale prices, and a third engine that recycles that income into carefully sized leverage — with a climate layer above all three, telling you when to lean in and when to back off.

In Luke's words: it outperforms buy and hold — and you don't have to pick stocks, you don't have to day trade, you don't have to be a stock-picking wizard. You just buy and hold, watch for the VIX above 20, sell puts when there are corrections, and occasionally — when you're really bullish — leverage up on calls with the money the system generated.

What's inside — all 8 modules

Work them in order: the climate before the engines, the engines before the alerts, the risk rules wrapped around everything.

Module 0

Start Here: The System on One Page

The complete system in one sitting — how the three engines feed each other, the honesty contract, the two layers (permission and timing), and the master switch that governs everything.

Module 1

The Climate Layer: Permission Before Positions

Risk management is the through-line of the whole system. Luke's two gauges — expected earnings growth and forward EPS — the only two weathers, and the weekly climate check.

Module 2

Reading the Market in Luke's Order

The timing layer, in his sequence: the higher-timeframe trend first, the VIX second — plus the boundary lesson on what is NOT part of this system.

Module 3

Engine 1: The Permanent Core

Buy it, hold it, forever. The tax reason the core never gets sold, its steady 10–15% aim, and how a lifetime of saving — dollar cost averaging — builds it. Startable from $1,000.

Module 4

Engine 2: Selling Puts at Sale Prices

Portfolio-secured put selling: getting paid to wait for your price. The ~10% strike rule, LEAPS only, the exposure caps (never 100%; 50% is the standard and the recommendation — nothing above it is taught), laddering in, and the risk spectrum from conservative to aggressive.

Module 5

Engine 3: Premium Into Leverage, With a Seatbelt

The 50/50 split — the standard playbook setting: half the premium grows the core, half buys long-dated calls — ideally TQQQ — set by the conviction dial, not a formula. Plus the rare protective-put exception, and what a bought call can really cost you.

Module 6

The Engines Working Together: Reading a Pivotal Point Alert

One market week walked through all three engines — then the alerts themselves: their anatomy, a real alert decoded word by word, and the wider alert family in system language.

Module 7

Risk, Drawdowns, and the Honesty Rules

The sizing rules that keep a bad month from ending you, what the system does when it's losing, the conditions under which it says stop — and the scorecard and standing promise it is judged by.

More than the mechanics

All 36 Lessons + Appendices

Eight modules, start to finish, plus the Playbook — Luke's stated examples worked end to end (the VIX ~30 buy, the VIX 40 pivotal point, the tariff-war turn) — and the full vocabulary reference in Luke's own terms.

The Language of the Alerts

Pivotal Point Alerts speak this system's language. Finish the course and every alert reads in about thirty seconds — the engines, the climate, the sizing, the reasoning, all of it.

The Scorecard, For Members Only

Luke's own calls from the last few years, marked up on charts, with results modeled under the standard system — kept in the members area as the historical companion to the alert archive. Never public, never cherry-picked.

Plain English, Start to Finish

No stock tips, no guru talk, no day trading. A system a regular person can understand, run, and check — taught the way Luke runs it, with the reasoning in the open.

Who this is for

You're starting small — a first $1,000 in an IRA or investment account, and you want a real system to grow with instead of tips and hunches. The only practical requirement: your account can trade options.

You already buy and hold and suspect you're leaving something on the table. You are: it's called Engine 2, and this course teaches it with its caps, ladders, and obligations stated plainly.

You're near or in retirement and want income without selling the farm: the system's safe pole and its retiree income variant are taught as first-class ways to run it — premium as extra income, the main portfolio never sold off to fund life.

How Luke models the stack

Engine 1 — the fully invested index portfolio: roughly the market's return, ~12%. Engine 2 — put income on top of the core: an additional ~1–5% a year. Engine 3 — premium into calls in healthy bull markets: an additional ~1–5%. Stacked, a consistent ~20–25% compound annualized return is the modeled potential — if the system is run well.

That is a model, not a promise — and it never appears without Luke's caveat: past performance is not indicative of future returns; the numbers have to hold up, and the market has to keep chugging along. This course is education, taught openly and checked against a members-only scorecard. It is never presented as a proven system.

Learn the system. Watch it work.

This course is the Prosper Academy membership's core curriculum — because the Pivotal Point Alerts speak its language. Learn the machine here; the alerts show it driven.

Educational content only — not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Options involve risk, including the possible loss of premium and assignment obligations described in the course. The Prosper Academy teaches how the system works; your situation is your own, and nothing here guarantees outcomes.
