1. What The Prosper Academy is

The Prosper Academy provides financial education — articles, videos, courses, a free weekly newsletter (the Alpha Report), and a paid membership that includes market commentary and alerts. Everything we publish is education and opinion. Nothing on this site, in our emails, or in the members area is financial advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or financial planner. Decisions about your money are yours, and past performance never guarantees future results.

2. Membership and billing

The paid membership is a subscription billed through Stripe: $20 per month or $200 per year, renewing automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge to your payment method. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

3. Cancelling

You may cancel anytime, in a couple of clicks, from the members area through the Stripe customer portal — no phone call and no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Amounts already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.

4. Your account

Membership access is for one person — the subscriber. Please do not share your access code or account; we may suspend accounts that are shared or used to redistribute members-only material.

5. Our content

Articles, videos, course material, alerts, and newsletters are the property of The Prosper Academy and are provided for your personal education. Do not republish or resell them. Market data and figures are drawn from sources we believe reliable, but we do not warrant that they are complete or error-free.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Prosper Academy is not liable for losses arising from the use of our educational material. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one in force; continued use of the site or membership after an update means you accept it.
