1. What we collect

When you subscribe to the free newsletter or join the membership, we collect your email address. When you buy a membership or a product, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number; Stripe shares with us your email, your subscription status, and billing history so we can run your membership. We also keep standard, privacy-respecting records of which pages are visited so we can tell which lessons are useful.

2. What we do with it

We use your email to send the newsletter you signed up for, deliver your membership access, and send receipts and service messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent our list to anyone. Marketing emails always carry an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

3. Who else processes data for us

We rely on a small number of processors, each handling only what it needs: Stripe (payments and the customer portal), Beehiiv (newsletter delivery), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (website hosting). Their own privacy policies govern the data they process.

4. Cookies

The site uses the cookies needed for it to work (for example, keeping members signed in). Affiliate links may set a cookie on the partner's site so a referral can be credited; those are governed by the partner's policy.

5. Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with one click. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information by writing to us through the contact page; we will act on verified requests within 30 days. Cancelling a membership stops billing; billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. Children

The Prosper Academy is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note the new date at the top of this page and, for members, mention it in the newsletter.
